Our Warranty Commitment
Every purchase at Meubles Bonito is backed by a solid warranty to ensure peace of mind and long-term satisfaction. We offer durable furniture at the lowest prices in Montréal, supported by a fair and transparent after-sales process.
2-Year Warranty on Furniture
All furniture is protected by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This includes:
- Structural defects
- Mechanical defects
- Material or component defects
If a defect is confirmed, Meubles Bonito will choose the most appropriate solution:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Equivalent product of equal or greater value
Monetary refunds are not provided under warranty.
Mattress Warranty (Up to 10 Years)
Selected mattresses come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the model.
To remain eligible, the mattress must be:
- Clean and stain-free
- Used on a proper base or platform
- Not exposed to humidity, misuse, or improper handling
A stained or damaged mattress immediately voids the warranty.
Reporting a Defect
Any visible defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
After this period, the product is considered accepted.

Include:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Clear photos of the defect
- Photos of the full product and packaging
Your file will be reviewed, and our team will respond within 72 hours once all required information is received.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Accidental damage, stains, spills, pilling, or aesthetic wear
- Damage from humidity, heat, pets, or negligence
- Products altered, modified, assembled incorrectly, or used improperly
- Clearance items, special orders, mattresses, pillows, bedding, and protectors
These items are final sale and not eligible for warranty claims.
Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery or Pickup
To ensure safe and efficient handling, customers must:
- Confirm that furniture dimensions fit through doors, hallways, and elevators
- Clear all access areas
- Provide safe access during winter
- Ensure an adult is present during delivery
All balances must be paid in-store at least 2 days before delivery.
No payments are accepted by phone.
