1. 15-Day Exchange Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We offer this policy for all furniture, including living room sets, sofas, beds, dining tables, and more. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under specific conditions. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to notify us. We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for the full value of the product.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that all deposits made at the time of purchase are non-refundable, ensuring the security and planning of your order.
  • Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that are in their original packaging. If the item is returned without the original packaging, a 60% restocking fee will be applied.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange for an exchange or provide store credit. All defective items are covered by our 1-year limited warranty, ensuring you receive high-quality furniture at all times.

  • How to Report a Defect: To report a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with a description and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

4. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Free Return Shipping: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For exchanges or returns that are not due to damage or defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Conditions for Exchange

All furniture, including mattresses, sectional sofas, dining room sets, and bedroom furniture, must be in new condition, without any signs of wear, to be eligible for return or exchange. This includes keeping the original packaging intact. If the product is returned without its original packaging, a 60% restocking fee will apply.
