Furniture Warranty

All furniture is protected by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies depending on the product and the manufacturer. Coverage includes structural defects, mechanical defects, and defects in materials or components.

If a defect is confirmed, Meubles Bonito will choose the most appropriate solution: repair, replacement, or an equivalent product of equal or greater value. No monetary refunds are offered under the warranty.

Mattress Warranty (up to 10 years)

Some mattresses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the model. For the warranty to remain valid, the mattress must be clean and stain-free, used on an adequate base or platform, and not exposed to moisture, misuse, or improper handling. A stained or damaged mattress immediately voids the warranty.

Reporting a Defect

Any visible defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. After this period, the product is considered accepted.

To submit a warranty claim, send an email to support@meublesbonito.com with your full name, phone number, order number, clear photos of the defect, and photos of the complete product with packaging. Your case will be processed, and our team will respond within 72 hours once all information has been received.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation, accidental damage, stains, spills, pilling or cosmetic wear, damage caused by moisture, heat, animals, or neglect, and products that have been modified, incorrectly assembled, or used inappropriately. Clearance items, special orders, mattresses, pillows, bedding, and mattress protectors are final sale and not eligible for warranty claims.

Customer Responsibilities Before Delivery

To ensure safe and efficient handling, confirm that the furniture dimensions allow passage through doors, hallways, and elevators. Clear all access areas. In winter, ensure safe access. An adult must be present during delivery. All balances must be paid in-store at least 2 days before delivery. No payments are accepted by phone.
