Return and Exchange Policy

15-Day Exchange Policy

Meubles Bonito offers a 15-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible. Please note that this is an exchange and not a refund.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, unassembled, and in its complete packaging. The exchange request must be made within 15 days of receipt. The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange: mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, bedding, special orders, and already assembled furniture.

Restocking Fees

A 35% restocking fee applies to all items returned in their original packaging. If the item is returned without its original packaging, a 60% restocking fee applies. Deposits made at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How to Proceed

Contact our team at 438-337-3296 or by email at support@meublesbonito.ca. Include your full name, phone number, order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the reason for the exchange. Our team will process your request and respond to you within 12 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect, the packaging, and the complete product. Our team will organize a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Return Fees

If a return is approved, pickup or handling fees may apply depending on your location and the size of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable. For defective or damaged products, return fees are covered by Meubles Bonito.

Your Rights

This policy does not limit any rights granted to the consumer by the Consumer Protection Act, particularly regarding a defective or non-conforming product, or any legal right of cancellation. The reporting timelines indicated above, such as the 24-hour window, are administrative: they do not limit the rights granted to the consumer by law.
